Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1 The General Terms and Conditions of Chase Horizons are valid to all products, orders, agreements and deliveries. When you order an item, you agree to these terms and conditions. Read this carefully before you place an order. If you have any questions about these conditions, please contact us by chasehorizonsofficial@gmail.com or send us an Instagram dm.


2. Agreement and order

2.1 The agreement is binding at the moment that you place an order.

2.2 As soon as your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail that the payment has been accepted and an e-mail with the details of your order.

2.3 All products are special printed for you. If you place an order, it can't be undone. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it (see article 6).


3. Payment and payment methods

3.1 You can choose from 5 different secure payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Bancontact, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and soon via iDEAL.

3.2 All product prices are including VAT and excluding shipping costs.


4. Delivery

4.1 After you place an order, there will be a quality check. After this check requirements are fulfilled, the order is send to the production and will be processed and printed.

4.2 The products are shipped from Germany and the delivery time will be 3 - 10 business days. Please note that the delivery time is the excepted delivery time (see article 4.5).

Expected delivery times:

Germany: 2 - 3 business days
Europe: 3 - 10 business days

4.3 If you place an order, you will receive a Track and Trace number in your mailbox. 

4.4 The shipping costs are based on your location.

4.5 Chase Horizons always strives to receive your order within the expected delivery time. When this is not possible for some reason (because it's busy or as a result of the COVID-19 situation) we will let you know. This can not be a reason to submit a claim. 


5. Returns and refunds

5.1 You can return you order within 7 days and we will refund the money as soon as we received the return. Please contact us when you want to return your order.

5.2 You can only return your order when the order:

  • in undamaged state
  • is not worn and/or used
  • is not washed
  • is not complete

5.3 The costs and responsibility of the return shipment are for the customers account. 

5.4 Chase Horizons has the right to refuse a return, when the order doesn't meet the conditions (see article 5.2)

5.5 You can not return products is there's a discount or a sale on the product(s).


6. Guarantee

6.1 After the order delivery, we give a 7-day guarantee on the quality of the product. Note that this is also your return time (see article 5.1).

6.2 We do not guarantee:

  • use marks such as scratches and dents
  • damaged products because it's not cleaned properly 


7. Copyright

7.1 All photos and images used by Chase Horizons are self-made or protected by copyright.

7.2 Without written permission from us, photographs and images may not be reproduced and used in public. 

7.3 Our designs are validated before we invested in them. Chase Horizons does not give you the permission to use the designs.
